The acquisition of the directory, which is distributed to more than 2 million users, strategically bolsters STR's position as the leading publisher of tollfree yellow pages directory advertising. STR will continue to publish and distribute the directory across several platforms, including: printed directories, CD-ROMs and the Internet ( www.internettollfree.com ). The combination and integration of these platforms will enable advertisers and key business decision makers to cost effectively promote their brands and transact business throughout the nation. STR is introducing several new advertiser and business-friendly offerings, including an enhanced Internet offering for advertisers and users.
