Places You Should Not Show Off Your New Breast Augmentation

After you get breast augmentation, you’ll be really excited about the new you. You’ll want to show off what you’ve got everywhere you go. Actually, although you’ll be bursting with pride about your new bust, there are a few places where you’ll want to keep them under cover; here they are.

Work

Work is the number one place women usually avoid showing off their new breasts, especially at offices. Even though men report in polls that women with bigger breasts seem more professional to them, in the office place it can attract some seriously unwanted attention. It’s nice to get looks when you’re shopping or hitting the clubs, but you don’t really want stares when you’re going about your daily tasks at the office. Most women don’t tell their coworkers about their breast augmentation and it’s because they just don’t think it’s appropriate for the workplace.

Unless you work at American Apparel, you should not show this much skin in front of your office.

Family Gatherings

You may or may not tell your kids, but you really don’t want to be advertising it at family gatherings. This is not the place to show off your new bust. At a kid’s birthday party, it should be all about them and not the fabulous new knockers on your chest. It’s also a topic of conversation you probably don’t want to have with older relatives who still think plastic surgery is only for Hollywood stars.

A family member's birthday party is about them, not your boobs. That's something to keep in mind next time.

School Events For Your Kids

If you have a parent-teacher conference or game at your kid’s school, you don’t want your breasts to be the center of attention. Although we don’t want to admit it, mothers all check out other mothers and they love to talk. You also don’t want your child’s teacher to be privy to your plastic surgery work.

On The Street

When you have new and improved boobs, you get noticeably more attention from men. Unfortunately, the attention increases in quantity and not quality. If you’re not into hoots and hollers from construction workers and random guys at bus stops, you might want to keep them nicely covered when you’re out and about.

It's rare, but every now and then a guy's radar is off and he misses something vital.

Finally, you might want to be discreet among female friends. Up close you’ve got your closest girlfriends who you share everything with, but in your wider circle of acquaintances where gossip, jealousy and cattiness are sometimes the norm, you might want to try to keep it a secret.

How To Hide Your Breast Implants

When you’ve gone up a cup size or two, how do you keep it a secret from everyone? Won’t they notice no matter how hard you try to conceal them? Actually, there are a few secrets that can help you keep them hidden when you want to.

First of all, you should be aware that right after you get your implants, there will be some swelling. This will last for the first week or two. In other words, right after you’ve gotten them done, they’re going to be bigger and more noticeable. You’ll probably be advised to take a week off work at least, so you might be safe there. As far as family gatherings and school events go, you can always call in sick if your breasts are swollen to monstrous proportions.

Of course, you can hide your breasts by wearing bulky, shapeless clothing. That defeats the whole purpose of getting breast augmentation done in the first place because the whole point is to show them off! But you can wear a loose fitting blouse when you go to church services or other places where you don’t want them noticed.

This woman has it all wrong. By covering ONLY your breasts, only your breasts get noticed. Luckily, these aren't big enough to cause any commotion.

There are two ways that really work to control who notices and who doesn’t. The first is to gradually wear bigger and bigger pads leading up to your breast augmentation surgery. That way, your breasts get gradually bigger in small increments that nobody close to you will notice. They’re going to notice when one day you show up at the office suddenly with a new cup size.

The other strategy is to gradually reveal them more. After you get them done, keep them covered in bulky clothes so that nobody notices and slowly reveal them. This works by the same principle – as long as it’s gradual, nobody will notice. Another advantage of this is that by the time people do start noticing, you’ll be totally used to having them.

Recent studies show that people are increasingly accepting plastic surgery as a normal thing. More people report telling others without any embarrassment as it becomes a regular part of the lives of ordinary folks. Many women aren’t shy at all about them and tell people matter-of-factly that they got work done. If you’d like to be a little more discreet, these are some ways to do it. Watch where you show them off and use these strategies to keep people from noticing. That way, you never have to explain to your kid’s teacher or the old ladies down at the church about your breast augmentation!
